Free Macro Photography Outing

I'm organizing and collaborating with Oaks Training, an outing for macro photography shooting this 4th of July 2015 at Admiralty Park (Singapore). This FREE outing is open for public as well as participants who have attended any courses at Oaks Training. If you're puzzling whether you're suitable for macro shooting or don't even know what is macro, this is a chance for you to try and experience macro shooting. Not only this is a FREE outing, our trainers from Oaks Training will guide you and give you tips. You'll also have a short briefing on what camera settings to use during shooting, like ISO, shutter speed, and aperture.

Please note that I've postpone the date from 20/06/2015 to 04/07/2015 due to the SEA game. Thanks for your understanding.

FAQ:

Who is suitable for this outing?

  1. People who have already started to take pictures with their camera (with or without macro knowledge)
  2. People who are already good in shooting macro and wanted to guide the participants or just want to join and have fun
  3. People who love the nature, flowers, and not afraid of insects

What equipments must I have in order to join this outing?

  1. A DSLR camera with macro lens (recommended)
  2. A DSLR camera without macro lens but with either a kit lens or a zoom lens (at least a 50mm lens)
